Correction of periodic report 8/2019 – Report for the first quarter of 2019. Aton-HT Joint Stock Company under restructuring (PLATNHT00014)

The Board of Directors of ATON-HT S.A. in restructuring, based in Wroclaw, in reference to the interim report No. 8/2019, submitted on 15/05/2019, hereby provides a correction to the interim report for the first quarter of 2019, attached. In connection with the application for the opening of restructuring proceedings under the accelerated arrangement procedure in 2018, during the preparation of the annual report for 2018, a thorough verification and evaluation by an auditor of the accounting carried out to date was carried out. As a result of the analysis, write-downs were made to receivables, fixed assets and inventory values. The attached revised interim report for the first quarter of 2019 includes all write-downs included in the auditor’s opinion.
