Correction of Report No. 2/2020 – Deadlines for periodic reports in 2020. Aton-HT Joint Stock Company under restructuring (PLATNHT00014)

The Board of Directors of ATON-HT S.A. in Restructuring (hereinafter: “Issuer”, “Company”) hereby publishes a correction to EBI Report No. 2/2020 and announces a change in the date of the 2019 annual report, which will be published on July 1, 2020. Restrictions related to the COVID-19 virus have prolonged the process of preparing and auditing the Company’s annual report, and as a result, the Issuer has set a new date for the publication of the report.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that the dates for publication of the remaining periodic reports in 2020 provided in EBI Report No. 2/2020 dated 27/01/2020 have not changed, and any adjustments to the dates will be provided by the Company in the form of current reports.
The Issuer presents the revised schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2020:

1. annual report for 2019 – 01.07.2020.
2. Quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020 – 14.08.2020.
3. Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 – 16.11.2020.
   Legal basis: § 6 section 14.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System – “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
