ATON 2  – Reactor for treatment of medical and veterinary waste.

 

Treatment of hospital waste involves the necessity to prevent biological (epidemiological) contamination that they can potentially trigger.

 

Test laboratory system for neutralisation and treatment of medical and veterinary waste enables to load on a one-off basis up to 4 kilograms of waste. They are treated thermally for approximately 15 minutes – within 1 hour it is possible to treat up to 12-16 kilograms of waste.

ATON 200 – Reactor for neutralising asbestos waste.

 

In MTT technology we are dealing with asbestos that can be neutralised in 100%. The product that we receive as a result of treatment looses the features that are the cause of its danger and thus can be reused. This product - after shredding - can be used as filler for the cement or directly as a layer in the road base.  

 

ATON 200 can neutralise within an hour 200 kilograms of different types of eternit panels.

 

 

 

ATON – 200 HR – Microwave Device for Thermal Treatment of Aluminium Oxide.

 

Offered Microwave Device for Thermal Treatment of Aluminium Oxide of ATON – 200 HR type is designed for combusting organic waste from the surface of ceramic balls made of aluminium oxide (Al2O3).

 

 

 

ATON 2 MOS

 

ATON 2 MOS is aimed at burning out organic compounds (hydrocarbons) and other volatile chemical substances that are emitted during typical combustion processes (e.g. incineration plants). Organic compounds treated by high temperature (approx. 1000°C) in the presence of ceramic balls, that highly absorb microwaves are oxidised.
